Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families across diverse backgrounds. I earned my Master’s in Social Work and have worked in community mental health, medical settings, and private practice. Over the years, I have supported clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

I believe therapy is a space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your concerns, strengthen your resilience, and work toward the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychodynamic exploration to help clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and improve overall well-being. I also value cultural sensitivity and bring awareness of how family, culture, and environment shape our experiences.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients can expect a safe and supportive space where their experiences are respected and valued. My sessions are collaborative and focused on helping you gain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience.

Clients often leave sessions with practical strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and negative thought patterns, as well as greater insight into how past experiences influence their present. I emphasize improving emotional regulation, enhancing self-esteem, and developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

Most importantly, you can expect a nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard and supported, while also being encouraged to challenge yourself and move toward meaningful change.
