Great to meet you!
I’m Albert, a Licensed Psychotherapist with more than a decade of experience helping people navigate stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, and self-doubt. I’ve worked across many settings, including foster care, hospitals, schools, and the justice system, supporting everyone from executives to unhoused individuals. These experiences taught me that pain and healing are part of being human, no matter who you are or where you come from.
Over the years, I’ve learned that being a good therapist isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about showing up with humility and authenticity, recognizing that I’m human too. I’ve seen the humanness in every person I’ve worked with, and I believe that genuine connection, not perfection, is what makes healing possible.
My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, trauma-informed care, and existential work. I use these tools to help people understand themselves, manage stress, and move toward growth and clarity. People often describe me as grounded, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I see therapy as a space to think freely, reflect deeply, and use our time together as an open journal for insight and change.
