Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m a PhD, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and owner of Greenway Wellness Center. Over more than 15 years, I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and seniors who feel stuck in conflict, whether it is happening within themselves or in close relationships. I often support men navigating pressure, anger, or disconnection. I bring steadiness and directness to conversations about the distance, repeated arguments, and difficult topics that can quietly shape our lives.

My approach to therapy

Our work is less about what is wrong with you and more about understanding the pattern you are caught in. We will explore what you have tried, what may be working beneath the noise, and what keeps things from shifting. My own experience with marriage and ongoing personal growth informs how I show up. Even solid relationships can get stuck. Coming to therapy as a couple means something still matters enough to fight for.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to understand you and what you hope will change. We will discuss your history, what has been weighing on you, and what you would most like to shift. Couples will also explore a typical conflict, what they have tried, and what each person hopes is possible. You do not need polished answers or a perfect version of events. We will get oriented together, and I would be glad to hear from you.
