As a therapist, my main goal is to help the people I work with stay true to their personal values and build a life they enjoy living. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Houston, master’s degree in social work from Baylor University and I am currently working toward a Ph.D. in Social Work from the University of Houston.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is empathetic and nonjudgmental and focuses on using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP). My specialties include working with individuals diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, and related mental health conditions.
