Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California and the founder of Holistic Flow Therapy. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges using an integrative, trauma-informed approach that addresses both the mind and body.

Many of my clients are high-functioning individuals who feel stuck in painful patterns — especially in relationships — despite being self-aware and motivated to change. They may struggle with anxiety, low self-worth, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty trusting themselves and others, often rooted in early life experiences.

My clinical training includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I integrate these approaches with mindfulness, nervous-system education, and holistic practices to support lasting change rather than short-term coping.

I work primarily with adults, who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from the past, and build healthier relationships. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, deeply understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented, while also being practical and goal-focused. I believe symptoms like anxiety, emotional reactivity, or shutdown responses are not signs that something is “wrong” with you, they are adaptive responses shaped by your experiences.

I draw primarily from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, and trauma-informed cognitive and mindfulness-based strategies. Together, we work to understand the root causes of current struggles, process unresolved experiences, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.

I also incorporate education about the nervous system so you can recognize what’s happening in your body and learn tools to regulate emotions in everyday life. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms but to help you develop self-compassion, resilience, and a stronger sense of identity.

Therapy with me is active and engaged, I offer feedback, insights, and practical strategies while honoring your pace and autonomy.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine whether we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, but there is no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to discuss. You are always in control of the pace.

We’ll also discuss how therapy works, potential approaches that may be helpful for you, and begin outlining initial goals. Many clients say they feel relief simply from being heard and validated without judgment.

By the end of the session, you should have a clearer sense of how I work, what our therapy process might look like, and next steps moving forward.
