Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a background in working with young adults, people in recovery, and anyone feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure of themselves. I have a master’s degree in counseling and several years of experience helping people build self-trust, shift old patterns, and feel more grounded in who they are.

Before private practice, I led a team at an outpatient program for adults in recovery, which really shaped my belief that healing is always possible—even when it feels far away. I’m warm, honest, and human in the therapy room, and I invite you to show up just as you are.

My approach to therapy

I offer therapy that’s compassionate, collaborative, and real. I meet you where you are—with warmth, curiosity, and respect—and I gently challenge you when it’s helpful. I’m not a silent observer; I’m engaged, reflective, and here to help you make sense of what you’re feeling, notice patterns, and move toward meaningful change.

Together, we’ll explore both the “why” and the “how”—why something is showing up in your life, and how to shift it. I draw from mindfulness, relational work, and evidence-based practices, always tailoring our work to your needs and pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be fully yourself and supported in becoming who you want to be.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to feel seen, heard, and supported—without judgment. You’ll leave sessions with more clarity about what’s going on beneath the surface, a deeper understanding of yourself, and practical tools to help you navigate life with more ease and intention. Over time, many clients feel more grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others.
