I will meet you with humor, transparency, and playful energy. I do consider myself a non-traditional therapist that values connection and the importance of nurturing the therapeutic relationship. It would be an honor to walk right along side of you during this pivotal time of your life.

You will experience every session in the moment and explore deep rooted protective parts that keep you from moving forward. Using Somatic Experiencing therapy and parts work, I can guide you to connect and experience the power your body truly holds.

I will start the session by asking you to look around the room for the purpose of grounding. Slowly I'll prompt you to notice what happens in your body and describe the sensations that accompany the feeling. The goal is to cultivate safety to access the places in the body where we are holding onto things and experiencing physical and emotional discomfort or pain. "Whatever we suppress gets expressed."
