Great to meet you!

I’m an LPCC with experience as a college counselor and in a PHP program at Loma Linda, where I led groups and witnessed the transformative power of community. My own journey of self-discovery and healing inspires my work and informs my compassionate, trauma-informed approach. I specialize in helping clients navigate stress, early life experiences, and emotional patterns that affect their present-day wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

I work warmly and directly with clients, helping you explore how early life experiences, stress, and emotional patterns influence your relationships, behaviors, and overall wellbeing. Together, we increase awareness, self-compassion, and authenticity so you can make choices that feel aligned with your true self. I value practical insight alongside emotional exploration, creating a space that is both supportive and action-oriented.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll create a safe, supportive space to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask about your experiences, challenges, and goals, and together we’ll clarify what you hope to gain from our work. You can expect a blend of listening, reflection, and practical guidance, with a focus on understanding patterns, increasing self-awareness, and identifying steps toward meaningful change. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clear sense of direction for the journey ahead.
