Great to meet you!

I work best with high-functioning women and couples who are used to being the strong one but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Many are professionals or leaders managing high expectations while quietly carrying stress, trauma, or uncertainty. They often come to therapy during life transitions or relationship challenges. Together, we build self-awareness, understand patterns, and develop practical tools to move forward with more clarity, confidence, and balance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, reflective, and rooted in helping you take ownership of your story. I create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered while we explore patterns and create new possibilities. Clients often feel relief in gaining clarity and direction. When you’re ready, we can take the next step together toward growth and meaningful change.

I work with adults and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, addiction, depression, and self-esteem concerns. Through therapy, I help you build self-awareness, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools that support healthier patterns and more meaningful connections.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where you feel encouraged, empowered, educated, and truly seen, while we work together to better understand your story and the patterns that may be shaping your experiences. I take an approach that meets you where you are, using a mix of narrative and practical methods to help you explore your identity, build insight, and create meaningful change. Our work will be collaborative and culturally aware, focused on helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself while also gaining tools you can apply in your everyday life.
