Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and parents. I firmly believe that helping a child heal is only part of the equation; it's equally important to empower parents with the tools and support they need to sustain positive changes and feel confident in their parenting journey.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about providing a nurturing space where every individual, regardless of age, can feel heard, accepted, and valued for who they truly are. My goal is to create a relaxing and safe environment for my clients, allowing them to move forward on their journey and rediscover their happy place.

What you can expect from me

In our first counseling session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself. We will spend time getting to know one another, talking about what brought you to counseling, and discussing any concerns, goals, or challenges you may be experiencing. I will also review confidentiality and answer any questions you may have about the counseling process. This first session helps us begin building a trusting relationship and allows us to work together to determine how counseling can best support you moving forward.
