I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with about 6 years of experience in the mental health field. My focus is on attachment, parenting and perinatal/postpartum mental health. I also work with adults going through stress, depression and anxiety, or even difficulties with adjustments in life. I am here to offer guidance, empowerment and assistance, a light to lead you in your paths. I look forward to working with you.
I use a variety of approaches that will be of assistance to my clients. I know that each individual is different, thus the approach is one to match the clients presenting problem. I provide my clients a space where they can feel safe and understood. I also believe in challenging individuals and even though it is uncomfortable, it's needed at times to grow. I support you along the way and will always go at your own pace.
I really want my clients to leave empowered! I believe that we are our own story creators, and have the ability to change our narratives. I believe that we are capable of change, at our own pace, but nonetheless, able.
