Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Latinx Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) passionate about supporting children, adolescents, first- generational students, and transitional-aged youth navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, and major life transitions. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring their emotions, gaining insight, and developing the tools needed to thrive.

Healing is not a linear process. There may be challenges, setbacks, and periods of growth along the way. Through increased self-awareness, compassion, and evidence-based therapeutic strategies, we can work together to help you navigate obstacles, strengthen resilience, and create lasting positive change. I am here to meet you where you are, listen, honor your unique experiences and cultural backgrounds, and support you at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and experiences. I like to meet my patients at where they are at. When working with children and teens, I incorporate creative and developmentally appropriate interventions, including art activities, narrative therapy techniques, and interactive worksheets to help clients express themselves, build coping skills, and engage in the therapeutic process. As a proud bilingual therapist, I bring a culturally responsive approach to serving diverse communities.

I believe that every individual has unique strengths and resilience. Whether you are facing school stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, or overwhelming emotions, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will get to know each other. I want to hear from you! We will focus on building trust, exploring your strengths, understanding your concerns, and identifying meaningful goals for therapy. Each of my sessions are interactive and conversational.
