Alejandra Arango

My name is Alejandra Arango. I am an LMHC that has had a variety of clientele for over 20 years.

I have a great deal of experience in dealing with children, adolescents and teenagers with ADHD, anxiety and depression. My involvement with adults in Depressive disorders, Anxiety disorders, Bipolar Disorder and Adjustment disorders is also in depth. I graduated from FIU and Nova Southeastern University & I’m ready to assist my clients with a dedicated & friendly environment to serve their needs.

I like to focus on their strengths and also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist their thought process.

My clients can expect to work on goals they want to prioritize, create a healthy mind in order to achieve balance and feel better.
