I’ve been working in the mental health field for about six years, primarily in community mental health, supporting teens, college students, and adults through a wide range of life challenges. My work has focused on helping people navigate stress, life transitions, relationships, and emotional struggles while building practical coping skills. I believe therapy should be a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
