Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I’ve been working in the mental health field for about six years, primarily in community mental health, supporting teens, college students, and adults through a wide range of life challenges. My work has focused on helping people navigate stress, life transitions, relationships, and emotional struggles while building practical coping skills. I believe therapy should be a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches. This means we’ll work together to understand patterns in thoughts and behaviors, identify your strengths, and focus on practical steps toward the changes you want to see in your life. I aim to create a space where you feel supported while also helping you build tools and insight that you can use outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. You’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences, challenges, and what you hope to gain from the process. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discuss how therapy can support you in reaching them. My goal is to create a comfortable and supportive environment where you feel safe being open and honest.
