Great to meet you!

As a bilingual board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I am trained to provide care with a dual emphasis on the treatment of the whole patient through psychopharmacology and brief psychotherapy across the lifespan. I have been a nurse for over 6 years, working in various settings, including psychiatry and preoperative. I spent five years working in psychiatry before I was licensed as a nurse, where I discovered my love for raising mental health awareness.

My approach to therapy

I encourage, advise, and assist you in finding strategies to cope with your most difficult situations. Using compassion, understanding, honesty, and a straightforward approach.

What you can expect from me

Building a strong therapeutic alliance with patients is foundational to my practice. Each individual comes with their own lived experiences, and I honor those narratives as I collaborate with them in their path to healing.
