Great to meet you!

I am a holistic, trauma-informed psychotherapist, traditional medicine apprentice, and the founder of The Collab. Grounded in values of honesty, deep respect, and genuine connection, my practice views mental health through a multi-dimensional lens—honoring the profound relationship between mind, body, spirit, and community. My mission is to provide culturally responsive, decolonial care that moves away from rigid, one-size-fits-all frameworks and instead centers collective healing, generational resilience, and the unique cultural contexts of every individual I serve.

I hold a Master of Education in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Texas at El Paso. Over my career, I have specialized in serving children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating complex trauma, life transitions, grief, and anxiety. I create an authentic, inclusive space where clients of all backgrounds can safely untangle complex narratives, honor their unique heritage, and discover their innate capacity for self-healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is deeply client-centered, collaborative, and holistic. I believe that true well-being requires us to look at the whole person, which is why my clinical framework addresses all four bodies: the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual layers of existence. I often help clients explore how their current challenges are interconnected across these areas.

To support this deep work, I seamlessly weave evidence-based clinical practices with expressive arts and Sandtray Therapy. I also specialize in utilizing Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), guiding parents who are struggling to connect or communicate with their young children to rebuild a strong, secure bond. As a TEDx speaker passionate about cross-cultural wellness, I bridge modern psychology with traditional healing philosophies. This allows me to offer a creative, adaptive space tailored to your unique rhythm, helping you break free from old patterns and step into your personal sovereignty.

What you can expect from me

First and foremost, you can expect a soft, human-to-human space where you are met with zero judgment, genuine warmth, and absolute safety. I believe that the essence of therapeutic work is simply being present and real with another human being.

In our initial time together, we will lay a compassionate foundation by looking at the bigger picture of your story. By gently honoring your ancestral roots, family lineage, and personal history, we begin to map out not only where you have been and where you want to go, but we also begin to uncover the emotional injuries that happened in between. You will leave the first session feeling heard, seen as a whole person, and holding a clear, collaborative vision for your path toward balance, healing, and expansion.
