Great to meet you!

It’s so nice to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, heal from what they’ve experienced, and create the relationships and life they truly want. I work exclusively with women for individual therapy and also offer couples therapy on a self-pay basis for partners who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Couples therapy is not billed through insurance.

I specialize in attachment, emotions, self-worth, and relationship patterns, including anxiety, grief, anger, shame, and difficulty feeling connected to yourself or others.

Over the past 7+ years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients as they gain a deeper understanding of themselves, break patterns that no longer serve them, build confidence, strengthen their boundaries, and develop healthier, more meaningful connections.

My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported—not only in navigating what is difficult, but in reconnecting with who you are and moving toward the life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and develop a more compassionate relationship with your emotions.

Rather than simply trying to change how you feel, we explore what your emotions are communicating and how they can guide you toward what matters most.

Together, we work toward greater emotional awareness, authentic communication, healthy boundaries, and more secure connections—with yourself and with the people you love.

My goal is not simply to help you feel better in the moment, but to support meaningful, lasting change that allows you to live more fully and intentionally.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. During our first session, I’ll learn more about what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to change.

From there, we’ll begin identifying the patterns, emotions, and needs that may be keeping you stuck and develop a direction for therapy together.

We’ll take it one step at a time, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin—we’ll work through it together.
