Great to meet you!

I am a LPC in private pratice. I have work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. I utilize a combination of psychoeducation, skills-building, and talk therapy to help my clients achieve their goals. I have had the honor of working with people of all backgrounds and bringing cultural awareness to the therapeutic connection.

As a therapist, I believe that therapy should be anti-racist, LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming, intersectional, and inclusive.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is not a "one-size fits all" as we all have a unique perspective due to a combination of our culture, beliefs, and experiences.

Humanistic and psychodynamic modalities are at the core of my approach. I also utilize Interpersonal, Emotion-Focused, Attachment-Focused, and Relational approaches. For skills building, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I want to invite all my clients to enter our therapeutic alliance with the awareness that they will be embraced for who they are so they can feel safe to feel, explore, achieve their goals, and heal.
