I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience providing individual therapy to adults navigating substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal challenges, and daily stressors. My work has centered on helping clients build coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. I believe therapy should be a safe and collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals, supporting clients in their journey toward growth and well‐being.
I use evidence‐based modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma‐informed care. My style is compassionate and collaborative. I work alongside you to identify strengths, build coping skills, and create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable. Therapy with me is about both understanding your experiences and finding practical tools to help you move forward.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, current concerns, and goals, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels supportive and manageable, so you leave with a sense of direction and clarity about the next steps.
