Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing in the Greater New Orleans area since 2014 after earning my MSW from Tulane University. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults to address life changes and challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, acculturation stress, grief, and peripartum-related mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone has the potential to heal, and therapy can be a great tool to uncover supportive strategies to help you thrive. I use an eclectic approach tailored to each individual's needs. Through a trauma-informed lens, I incorporate elements of CBT, Mindfulness, and EMDR. I view therapy as a collaborative process in which you are the expert on your life and needs, and using my skills I help you identify patterns and themes that may light the way toward a new path forward.

What you can expect from me

My intention is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, affirmed, and clear on next steps you will take toward achieving your goals.
