Great to meet you!

I graduated with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and have been practicing in the field for 9 years. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages. My focus is on helping individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, develop tools to identify and express their needs in healthy ways, and reflect on options that allow them to make decisions aligned with their values and personal goals.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a safe and supportive space where you don’t have to face challenges alone. I believe in a collaborative approach where you are an active participant in your growth. I trust that every individual has the capacity to overcome challenges, and I am here to offer support and guidance based on your unique needs. My style is open-minded, participatory, and empowering, while also being solution-oriented and direct when helpful. I take a holistic perspective, offering warmth and creativity, while asking thoughtful, inquisitive questions and providing gentle challenges to support meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll spend time talking about what brings you to therapy and getting to know your story. I’ll gather some background information and ask questions to better understand your concerns. Together, we’ll begin setting goals and exploring ways I can support you in creating meaningful change.
