Great to meet you!

Hi! I am bilingual (Spanish-speaking), bisexual, and Latina. I obtained my Master's in Social Work degree from Cal State University of Long Beach. I have 7+ years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families who have had trauma backgrounds along with symptoms of depression and anxiety. I have had the privilege of providing therapy in a variety of settings including field-based, schools, and a re-entry program.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take an approach to therapy that is both patient and honest in nature. I challenge my clients in a respectful and safe environment, with client-identified goals leading the journey.

What you can expect from our first session

Are you ready to take your life back? Has it felt out of control with recent changes or continued stressors/triggers that you just can't figure out how to manage? Is this impacting your job, your relationships, or perhaps other aspects of your life that are important to you? Let's work on this together. Reaching out for help may feel scary but I can help you stand in your power. I want you to know that YOU matter and whenever you're ready, I'm here to listen.
