Great to meet you!

There are parts of your story that only make sense in context: your language, your culture, what it means to be a woman carrying everything that role asks of you. I work with women and their children, from infancy through adulthood, and I offer sessions in both English and Spanish. My work centers on the experiences that shape women's lives most deeply: motherhood and parenting, perinatal and postpartum mental health, infertility, and the grief, anxiety, and identity shifts that so often come alongside them. If you have been looking for someone bilingual and bicultural who will understand your world without needing it explained from the beginning, you are in the right place.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is collaborative and shaped around what you actually need. We focus on building insight, processing what has been hard to carry, and strengthening your confidence to guide your own emotional and mental health. For clients navigating trauma, grief, or the particular weight of perinatal experiences and motherhood, our work moves at your pace toward something you can feel: more steadiness, more clarity, and a stronger sense of yourself. I bring not only professional expertise to this work but also a genuine appreciation for the complexities of womanhood and the cultural experiences that shape it.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not a checklist. I want to get to know you, understand what you are navigating, and begin building the kind of trust that makes this work actually work. There is no pressure to have everything organized before we start. If something here resonates, I would love to hear from you.
