Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience in outpatient and inpatient psychotherapy treatment. I work with children as young as 12, teens, and adults of all ages. I have worked with those experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, grief, life transitions, workplace stress and other life struggles. We all struggle sometimes and do not have to travel alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe there’s more than one path toward healing and growth, and therapy should be tailored to what actually helps you. I draw from approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused work to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping skills, and shift patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we focus on building awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and creating realistic strategies that support meaningful change in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to begin building connection and understanding. While getting to know each other takes time, healing doesn’t have to wait. Whether it’s gaining insight, learning something new, or simply being heard, the first session is about taking that initial step forward - one that opens the door to growth and change.
