Great to meet you!

Growing up I saw that there was a necessity in my community for access to mental health, as well as the need for normalizing accessing that help when needed.

I work with individual clients, couples, and offer these services in Spanish as well. My specialties include neurodivergent clients, specifically those on the autism spectrum, as well as individuals who are seeking asylum; I have worked with clients from many backgrounds and various needs such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mood/mental health disorders.

A little about me; I love to play and watch soccer, watching and reading manga/anime and I enjoy some down time playing video games.

My approach to therapy

My approach with new clients is generally meeting you where you're at. I believe you are the expert in your life; and I am just the guide, there to help you get to where you want to be with new skills, support, and psychoeducation. Although I incorporate various styles into treatment, I tend to focus on utilizing a trauma informed, person centered approach, with a mix of CBT.

What you can expect from me

You can of course expect an intake session. Those initial questions will help me understand your whole journey and health background up until now. After that, we will explore what's brought you in, what's working in your life, and what we can work on to bring your ideal vision of your life closer to your reality.
