Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and able to talk openly about what’s going on in your life. I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, burnout, and relationship challenges. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration, recognizing that every person’s experiences and goals are unique.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in humanistic therapy, which means I prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship and understanding you as a whole person rather than focusing only on symptoms. Depending on your needs, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help develop practical coping skills, improve emotional awareness, and navigate challenges more effectively. Together, we will tailor our work to fit your goals and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to get out of it, and any important experiences or concerns you’d like me to understand. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. My priority is creating a comfortable, supportive space where you can be yourself, ask questions, and get a sense of whether we’re a good fit.
