Discovering and embracing our authentic selves, staying true to who we are, and following our deepest heart’s calling can be an exciting, yet challenging journey. It's been my experience that forming a therapeutic alliance with a psychotherapist can be life-changing. I offer the opportunity to walk the path of change together. I accompany my clients through grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues toward inner strength, joy, and connection with self and others.

l work in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) which incorporates acceptance of experience as it is and Mindfulness, combined with committed actions towards meaningful lives based on our values. I integrate Mindfulness and Yoga into my work to help you strengthen the connection between mind, body, and soul.

As a certified Family Constellations Facilitator, I work with intergenerational influences in today's behaviors, helping my clients gain insight into their family patterns and get healing.

As I went through major losses and life changes, I know how it feels to be invisible in the grief realm. I will sit with you through your pain and gently guide you toward finding peace, comfort, and new meaning after loss.

Therapy is a vulnerable process that requires both trust and courage. We will build a space of change step by step. Reducing self-criticism, self-love, and letting go of regrets and anxiety is a reward that comes along the way.
