Great to meet you!

When working with me, clients can expect a collaborative and thoughtful intake process that looks beyond presenting concerns to understand developmental history, nervous system patterns, strengths, and the systems around them. With children, progress may appear in behavior, relationships, or school functioning; with teens and adults, it often includes stronger boundaries, self-trust, and executive functioning skills. I primarily work with children, adolescents, and young adults with ADHD and emotional regulation challenges, as well as parents seeking guidance. I work best with clients who value a relational, strengths-based, and nervous-system-informed approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented, grounded in creating a safe space where clients feel heard and empowered. I tailor my style to each person’s needs, often blending cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care to support healing and growth. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, ADHD challenges, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, and life transitions, with a strong focus on building emotional regulation and resilience.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will be getting an idea of what is bringing you to therapy. We will be working on getting to know one another first before diving into the issues. My priority is for you to feel supported and comfortable with me.
