Great to meet you!

Sometimes you know something needs to change, but you’re not quite sure what. Maybe your priorities are shifting, you’re feeling overwhelmed, or you’re questioning what you really want for this next season of your life.

I work with women navigating life transitions, relationships, boundaries, career changes, burnout, and personal growth. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what’s going on without feeling judged or pressured to have all the answers.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, honest, practical, and collaborative. I want therapy to be more than simply talking about what’s wrong. Together, we’ll explore patterns, identify what is and isn’t working, and focus on realistic changes that fit your actual life.

Our work may include boundaries, communication, self-care, healthier self-talk, realistic goals, relationships, and navigating change. If faith is important to you, I’m also open to incorporating it into our work.

I’m not here to tell you how to live your life. I’m here to help you better understand yourself, identify what matters to you, and make choices that support the woman you’re becoming.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you would like to change, and what you hope to get from therapy.

You don’t need to come in with everything figured out. I’ll ask questions, listen, and help us begin identifying where to focus. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we can begin.

If you’re navigating a new season and ready to explore what comes next, I’d love to work with you.
