Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I'm a LMFT and IMHE clinician and understand that parenting can be both full of joy and tough at times. My hope is to offer you and your child a safe, caring place to grow, heal and strengthen your relationship.

My approach to therapy

I like to build relationships with families to help people and children feel safe, comfortable and seen. I bring curiosity and play to our time together and have training in play therapy techniques, Child Parent Psychotherapy. Circle of Security and Internal Family Systems.

I always start with a first session where I can learn more about your story and experiences. My hope is to support you in feeling heard, seen and learning to grow in relationship with yourself and those closest to you.
