Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with low self-esteem, anxiety, depression? I utilize a variety of techniques in order to personalize care to your needs. I know how hard it is to feel stuck or unsatisfied, and I know how it feels to have a therapist that truly cares, and someone who understands your unique experiences. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, life transitions, chronic diagnoses, and relationship problems. I want to be in your corner and provide support as you work to heal, blossom, and grow. Life can be such a joy when you feel comfortable and confident. Every individual's experiences are unique to them, and tailoring the right approach to your needs is of utmost importance in a clinical setting. I have been on both sides of the therapy room and know how imperative the therapeutic relationship is to your healing. Whatever it is that life is throwing your way, I aim to be your support through it all.

My approach to therapy

By providing services using a combination of different methods--CBT, DBT, IMR, and other evidenced-based interventions--we can work together to find a technique that will best serve your needs. My role as a therapist is to collaborate with, support, understand, and encourage my clients to realize their purpose and worth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you are free to share at whatever pace feels comfortable, with zero judgment or pressure. Since person-centered therapy centers around your unique journey, my primary focus will be on truly listening, understanding your perspective, and honoring your lived experiences. Rather than directing the session or telling you what to do, I will collaborate with you to explore your thoughts and emotions, helping you identify what you hope to gain from our work together. Ultimately, this initial meeting is about laying a foundation of trust, empathy, and mutual respect so you feel fully supported as we begin this process.
