Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alesha. I’m a clinical therapist who believes people don’t come to therapy because they’re “broken” they come because life has become heavy, confusing, or overwhelming.

I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional burnout. Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns, overthink constantly, struggle with confidence, or carry responsibilities for everyone else while neglecting themselves.

My approach to therapy

My style is supportive, honest, and structured. I provide a safe space to talk, but I also help you build real-life skills — emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, and coping strategies you can actually use outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

Together we focus on understanding what’s happening beneath the surface, breaking unhealthy cycles, and helping you feel more in control of your thoughts, emotions, and decisions.

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and judgment-free. You don’t have to have the right words — just show up as you are.
