Evergreen Certification also recognizes me as a Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS). I have a Master's in Clinical Mental Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As an LPC, CAS, NCC, my areas of competence include individual counseling, couple-marital counseling, and substance dependency counseling. I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, addictive/ impulse control, alcohol and substance dependency, anxiety, and depression. My focus areas are ADHD, anger management, anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, stress management, family and relationship issues, interpersonal conflict, and self-esteem and identity issues.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients may find they are distressed and looking to heal from some past or current emotional pain. I aim to co-create a therapeutic environment with depth and focus that helps clients meet their mental health goals. As your therapist, I want to share information that is relevant, and meaningful in hopes of empowering you towards growth and health.

Clients can expect to learn practical tools, techniques, and skills to use outside the therapy session.
