Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome! The decision to seek professional help can be a difficult one, and I am happy you had the courage to do so. Through empathy and compassion, I create a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their innermost selves. That vulnerability allows for healing, which is the catalyst towards creating real and lasting change in your life. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with narcissistic abuse, relationship issues, pregnancy/postpartum issues, divorce, neurodivergence, and trauma. I am also experienced in women's issues, parenting, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and sleep issues. I see adolescents, college students, adults, and older adults.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based, multidisciplinary practices and provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. I take an eclectic approach, using attachment-based, trauma focused, mindfulness, behavior modification, cognitive behavioral therapy, and feminist psychology methods. I believe it is important to use humor and be an active participant in therapy sessions.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a little different than subsequent therapy sessions. I assess for any mental health disorders that might be present and discuss what has brought the client into therapy. We focus on priorities and set goals for our work together.
