Hi and welcome to my practice!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker graduated from Saint Leo University Florida and I love what I do. I work with individuals, 18 years of age and up, seniors, and couples. I provide therapy to clients who struggle with a multitude of mental health issues whether it is adjustment caused by major life events or depression, anxiety, anger management, personality or posttraumatic stress disorder.
Here, you will find your safe and judgment free space where you can freely open up. I believe that things in life are not predetermined and that you are the designer of your own life and certainly, you can redesign it.
I am well versed in multiple modalities such as cognitive behavioral, narrative, client centered, dialectic behavioral therapy, and many more.
You will be welcomed in a warm and inviting atmosphere, whether it is in person or virtual.
Together, we will develop a treatment plan that is only catered to your specific needs. We will set the goals you want to achieve while guiding you through the objectives needed to reach your goals.
I will also provide you with coping skills and psychoeducation to decrease and better manage your distressful emotions.
