Great to meet you!

You might feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break—overthinking, anxiety that won’t turn off, or reactions that don’t fully make sense. Even when you understand why, the same struggles keep showing up and affecting your daily life.

I specialize in EMDR therapy, which helps process underlying experiences and reduce emotional distress—especially when insight alone hasn’t created change. With nearly 11 years of experience, I help teens and adults move beyond feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burdened by experiences that continue to affect their emotions, relationships, and daily lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your needs. EMDR is the foundation of my work, helping clients process underlying experiences and reduce emotional distress, negative beliefs, and patterns that feel automatic or out of their control—especially when insight alone hasn’t created lasting change.

If you’re not ready for deeper trauma work, that’s okay. We can focus on building coping skills, increasing resilience, and helping you feel more grounded in daily life. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and parts work to support greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful progress. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe while still helping you move toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space to slow down and talk through what’s been weighing on you. We’ll explore what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain from the process, and begin to understand the patterns, experiences, or challenges contributing to your current struggles.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer understanding of where we may focus our work together. Whether that includes practical coping tools, deeper insight, or simply the relief of not carrying everything alone, we'll begin building a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable.
