I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and bring years of experience working with children, families, and individuals. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate various challenges, and I look forward to partnering with you on your journey towards personal growth and well-being.

Your story is unique to you, and as such, the therapeutic approach I use will be tailored to meet your specific needs. I believe in an individualized approach to therapy, adjusting techniques and methods to best support your personal journey. Whether we focus on cognitive strategies, creative expression, or trauma healing, my priority is always to create a safe, encouraging, and nonjudgmental space for you to explore and grow.

I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Together, we’ll collaborate to find the most effective path forward, helping you reach your personal goals and navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-compassion.
