Great to meet you!

Hello there, I'm Alethea. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Hispanic, who specializes in anxiety, depression, codependency and grief. Much of my experience is working with many different races and ethnicities and trans/gender non conforming people.

My approach to therapy

I am a psycho-dynamic approach which can include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (just to name a few) but overall I am very relational. I like to partner with my clients and walk alongside them in a complete collaboration of discovering what works best for them.

What you can expect from me

I have utmost respect for my clients journey and consider it a privilege to be part of it. I will never forget how much courage and energy it can take to do the work!
