Hello! I would like to share a little about myself. I obtained a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Saint Martin’s University (MA). I am also Nationally Board Certified Counselor (NBCC), Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor (#LH60179258), Mental Health Professional (MHP) and Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS).
I believe in a person centered approach and see myself as a partner in your journey to health and wellness. Our first session we will explore what brought you to see me, history, and your hopes for therapy. Our next session will affirm and validate I understood your goals for our time together. Sessions following will be working toward those goals together with support, reflection, strategies, and interventions I have been trained it to facilitate movement with your goals, health, and wellness.
My hope is every interaction will lead to feeling seen, heard, and valued with sessions leading you closer and closer to success with your overall goals, health, and wellness.
