Great to meet you!

I work with clients who are high-functioning on the outside but struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, and relationship patterns that feel hard to break. You might overthink everything, have difficulty setting boundaries, or feel like your emotions swing between “too much” and completely shut down.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, we'll focus on understanding your patterns — not judging them. I use a combination of DBT, CBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful thought loops, and better understand the parts of you that feel stuck, reactive, or self-critical.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are structured but flexible, practical but reflective. We’ll work on skills you can use in real life while also addressing the deeper emotional pieces that keep showing up no matter how hard you try to “logic” your way out of them. This space is yours — to feel heard, supported, and to build a relationship with your emotions that feels steadier, more manageable, and less exhausting. *Please note that consultation availability does not reflect full availability for ongoing sessions.
