Great to meet you!

I have a Masters degree in Social Work. I have worked in healthcare for 15+ years.

My focus is life transitions. Whether it be coping with a disability, a recent medical diagnosis, grief and loss of a friend or family member, or transitioning to the next stage in your own life, I'm here to help you navigate complex systems and complex emotions,

My approach to therapy

I use a strengths-based perspective with solution-focused therapy. My approach is inquisitive and meant to learn more about you to identify and tackle your goals.

What you can expect from me

A non-judgmental environment where uncomfortable past experiences and emotions can be explored. I enjoy learning people's life history and exploring the ways in which we can identify past positive coping skills, modulate them to fit your current needs, and to learn new coping skills.

Additionally, I take an existential approach to explore the meaning and existence of life and the role of suffering in our overall life history and how exploring this can identify areas causing emotional distress.
