Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and the founder of Healing Well Therapy. I work with individuals, and families who are dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My style is collaborative and personalized, shaped around your experiences, goals, and what matters most to you. I aim to create a supportive, grounded space where you feel heard and encouraged as you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I work with clients to understand what’s behind their stress, emotions, and patterns, and to figure out what will actually help them move forward. Sessions are tailored to your goals, values, and life experiences rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I focus on building insight, resilience, and practical skills that support real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, supportive space where we start getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s feeling most challenging right now, and what you’d like help with. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—you set the pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, a bit more grounded, and with a clearer sense of where we’re headed together.
