Great to meet you!

I am a gay identifying therapist who seeks to create space for those within the LGBTQIA+ community and beyond; Those who seek to explore more complex ideas, their sense of self, navigating the complexities of interpersonal relationships, or to gain a deeper sense of the world around them.

My approach to therapy

With all clients, I believe that it is most important to meet each client where they are in their journeys and to present as my most authentic self. After all, I am experiencing the world in real time with you! In doing so, I aim to create a warm and welcoming environment that encourages my clients to do the work they have come to do.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist practicing in a post pandemic world, I believe that it is of utmost importance to practice within an anti-colonial, anti-capitalist, anti-racist, and anti-white supremacy framework. We cannot pretend the structures of the world such as capitalism, racism, and colonialism are not oppressive to our mental health and our very being.

In therapy, I use techniques like person-centered and narrative therapy, family systems, acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), and more to help clients achieve their therapy goals.
