Great to meet you!

I have found my own personal healing to be intimately connected to nature, and it is here that I believe that we can all begin to rediscover our intrinsic humanity and let go of those things that distract us from our higher selves. In my spare time, I work as an outdoor educator and manage my own private practice and guide Outdoor Retreats

I believe it is helpful and important to translate what is discussed in session and in telehealth meetings into lived experience and real change.

My approach to therapy

I believe in emphasizing one’s own unique spiritual journey as the primary source of knowing; that there is nothing needed to “fix,” rather an opportunity to explore what IS with newfound curiosity and connection. Collaborating with our natural environment whilst providing a safe and contained relationship for my clients encourages us both to grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually through compassion in relationships.

What you can expect from me

My goals for you:

To feel supported and encouraged to explore and grow in your own way and at your own pace.

As circumstances of life change so too might your goals and our approach.

My first session with you:

During our first session, we might expect to have an opportunity to simply connect and learn more about one another and what circumstances brought us into the same room.

We would begin discussing and developing a plan for how best to support you in counseling and along your journey.
