Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have worked with a diverse population and understand that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I seek to help you on your unique path of self-empowerment and healing. While I work with everyone across the age range, my primary focus has been on the LGBTQ+ population struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process in which we work as a team to create realistic solutions that make sense for you. I pull from an eclectic range of therapeutic practices to address challenges through the development of insight, improvement of symptom management, and increased distress tolerance in order to approach internal challenges with self-compassion and understanding.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a comfortable environment that fosters authenticity and engagement so that we can focus on pursuing goals that we have created together. The initial session will allow us to develop this rapport and determine the focus of therapy and how I can be helpful for you.
