Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting adults navigating challenges with depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, particularly those whose self-worth has been impacted by emotionally immature, mentally ill, or personality-disordered parents and family. I also have extensive experience working with transgender and gender non-conforming clients, as well as providing a safe, understanding space for fellow therapists seeking support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is experiential, designed to foster a safe environment where clients can explore and process emotions and experiences that may have felt too overwhelming in the past. In our initial sessions, we’ll focus on building a trusting connection, understanding and naming the struggles you face, and beginning to heal the burdens you’ve carried.

What you can expect from me

I’m passionate about forming genuine relationships that foster healing, resilience, and growth. Clients can expect to gain greater clarity about their experiences, deepen self-understanding, and build tools to navigate challenges. Over time, they feel more empowered, self-compassionate, and confident in making meaningful changes. My goal is to help clients heal old wounds, reconnect with their strengths, and create a fulfilling path forward.
