I am committed to creating a space that is accessible and inclusive, where you can dig into your truth, untangle the layers of your experience, and ultimately grow from a place of deep connection and strength. utilize trauma-focused therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you process past wounds, as well as tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
