Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that healing and growth are most sustainable when they are rooted in authenticity, understanding, and liberation. I am committed to creating a space that is accessible and inclusive, where you can dig into your truth, untangle the layers of your experience, and ultimately grow from a place of deep connection and strength. utilize trauma-focused therapies like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you process past wounds, as well as tools from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I offer individual and couples therapy, clinical supervision for new professionals, and consultation for those seeking guidance in their practice. My work is deeply influenced by anti-oppressive principles, and I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals and BIPOC communities. I believe that every person is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to nurture the specific needs, identities, and goals that make each person who they are.

What you can expect from me

I often work with individuals going through life transitions and moments of crisis—whether that’s navigating anxiety, lack of motivation, struggles with executive functioning, or distress and suicidal ideation. My approach is collaborative, with an emphasis on building a strong, trusting relationship where individuals feel truly heard and supported.
