Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming — whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, school stress, or simply navigating life's ups and downs. Maybe you're feeling stuck in relationships, school, or work and your goal is to feel more balanced, confident, and capable of handling daily challenges while building long-term resilience and growth. Regardless of what you're facing, I'm here to help. I’m Dr. Alex Luna, a Columbia and Cornell trained psychiatrist specializing in the care of adults, children, and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

I offer therapy and medication management, tailoring treatment to your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, ADHD, or a major life change, I draw from CBT, DBT, supportive therapy, and executive functioning skills to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow and move forward with your life goals.

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to go through this alone. My role is to listen, support, and guide you in finding the tools and clarity you need. If you’re ready to take the first step toward feeling better, I welcome the opportunity to help you on that journey.
