My approach to therapy

My approach is to allow the client to lead. I provide challenging questions to help a client process and work toward their goals at the pace of the client. It is collaborative as we work together to figure out what those goals are and how we can reach them. I focus on cognitive behavioral techniques in treatment and also am passionate about faith integration in practice.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will get to know each other and establish a strong foundation for our treatment moving forward. We will work on collaborative goal setting and set expectations. We also will explore what brought you in for treatment so we can best establish an approach.
