Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I have two years of experience working with clients, primarily college students. I support individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and personality disorders. I believe that while life can feel overwhelming at times, with understanding and support, life’s challenges are manageable.

My approach to therapy

I view the therapeutic relationship as a central part of the counseling process. Therapy is a collaborative space where we work together to identify goals and develop approaches that feel supportive and effective for you. I use an Emotion-Focused Therapy lens, which creates space for difficult emotions and unspoken experiences to emerge safely. This allows us to explore and work through the most difficult thoughts, feelings, and events together.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin identifying what you’d like to gain from therapy. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and reassured that you’re not facing things alone. I strive to provide a secure, welcoming environment where you can openly share what’s weighing on you and feel supported every step of the way.
